CIORAN. EP.1
Narrator : the year of the Crescent Sun, where shadows dance on the edges of time, a city nestled amongst the undulating hills succumbs to an eternal twilight. Humanity bears the scars of a war etched into history as the Schism of Rights. The survivors, in the aftermath, bowed to a new order—Cioron.
As the years unfurl, the city forgets the echoes of its past, a collective amnesia veiling the memories of a time once marked by conflict. In the absence of recollections, a societal tapestry unfolds, woven by the hands of those who endured. Their allegiance now lies with the Council of Eunuchs, architects of a destiny Cioran
In this age, the citizens of Cioran, untouched by the haunting specters of war, have but one duty: to surrender to the labyrinthine designs of the Council and embrace a life devoted solely to pleasure. The pursuit of hedonistic delights becomes their sacrament, the city itself a sanctuary where the pursuit of joy reigns supreme.
Each individual works for four hours a day and remaining 20 is divided into spending six hours of siesta time in the Rhizome a machine that induces people into a state of pleasure and the remaining for regulated socialisation
